We are thrilled to announce a new enhancement to Ava, our AI-powered chatbot. You can now embed detailed instructions within custom answers, greatly enhancing Ava’s ability to provide precise and contextually appropriate responses.
With this feature, you can specify not only when Ava should provide a particular answer but also how to format it, what additional information to include, and the tone to use. For instance, if users inquire about a specific topic (X), Ava can be instructed to respond with a custom answer (Y), format the response in a specific way, and include relevant links or additional information.
This advanced customization is managed through the Content Hub library, where Ava is trained. By embedding these detailed instructions, you ensure that Ava delivers more personalized, informative, and engaging responses, tailored to your customers’ needs.
