Improvement
We know that everyone works differently, which is why we’ve added two great improvements to our Reply box to improve your workflow, keep your mailbox organised and give you more flexibility on how you do things!
It is now possible to schedule 🕛 messages that you want to send in tickets, as well as Submit as/send a ticket 📤as Waiting, To-Do (open) or Resolved, or change the default status in which you want your ticket to be sent as so you can customize your workflow.
