Stay updated about orders on your Mirakl powered marketplaces from within eDesk with this new update!

When incidents are created for your orders (like a refund, exchange or cancellation request) eDesk will automatically create a ticket in your mailbox with enough context - if one doesn't already exist for your shopper - to notify you so you can take action and resolve them quickly.
