Now we’re also showing sentiment 🙌 Sentiment analyses the tonality of the latest message from your shopper to identify whether negative, neutral or positive sentiment is expressed.

With this data point on the Customer View you can, at a glance, see if you have unhappy VIP customers you wish to look into or happy first time contacts who are more likely to follow up with a purchase.
